COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing Now at PSC Warrington Campus

A new coronavirus drive-thru testing site will open later this week at the Warrington campus of Pensacola State College as the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County works to ramp up its testing.The new site will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at PSC's Warrington campus, 5555 U.S. 98 West, on the following days:

Friday, May 22

Tuesday, May 26

Wednesday, May 27

Thursday, May 28

Friday, May 29

 

All people with or without symptoms can visit the drive-thru site. No appointment is needed, and those who visit the site should bring their driver's license.

 

COVID-19 Testing Returning to Cantonment

 

Starting Thursday, May 21st Community Health Northwest Florida's COVID-19 mobile testing unit will return to Cantonment.

 

Drive-thru testing will be available to Escambia County residents from 9 a.m. to noon, or until testing supplies last, at Carver Park, 208 Webb St.

 

Testing is open to all ages. No pre-screening is required, and those who wish to be tested should bring a photo ID and their insurance card, if they are insured.

 

Take the Pensacola Young Professionals Community Survey Check-In

PYP wants to know about your experience regarding the recent pandemic and about your outlook on the “new normal”. The results of this survey will be used to educate our community on what young (under 40) people are thinking, feeling, and doing in response to COVID-19. SCI Launches New “Angel” Fund to Provide Training to Businesses and People Struggling Financially

 

Studer Community Institute (SCI) launched a fundraising campaign on Wednesday to financially assist business owners, leaders and employees struggling during the coronavirus pandemic.

 

The campaign, "SCI Angel Fund," has a goal of raising $50,000 to provide access to mentorship and fundamental workplace skills training for upwards of 1,000 business owners, leaders and employees.
