The Pensacola Chamber, in conjunction with Pensacola Young Professionals, NewsRadio 1620, the League of Women Voters and the Propeller Club, hosted a Pensacola Mayoral debate at Seville Quarter. Over 100 people attended and the debate was simulcast on NewsRadio 1620.
The Chamber had representatives that asked three business-related questions. The three questions were: 1. Do you support a city-wide ban on single use plastics (straws, etc)? 2. What city services would you consolidate with other agencies? 3. Do you support maintaining a port that will support the military missions at out bases? You can listen to the answer to these questions and the rest of the debate here: podcast.newsradio1620.com/post/5299/PYP_Mayoral_Forum.html A special thanks to NewsRadio 1620's Andrew McKay for moderating the debate.
