COURSE OFFERS BUSINESS PLAN ASSISTANCE FOR AREA ENTREPRENUERS

PENSACOLA, Fla. – Local entrepreneurs can receive assistance with their business plans from the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and the University of West Florida Small Business Development Center.

The course, from Feb. 11 to March 25, will be held Thursdays from 6-9 p.m. at the Gulf Coast Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CIE) on 418 W. Garden St.

Taught by experienced entrepreneurs, professional service providers and UWF faculty, the dynamic, 14-session course will provide one-on-one consultations and real-world examples to assist in the completion of a business plan. The deadline to register is Jan. 30.

The Chamber can also help local entrepreneurs with $1 million to $25 million in revenue and between 10 and 50 employees receive free technical assistance through the Florida Economic Gardening Institute (FEGI).
