Application Process

The purpose of the Leadership Pensacola selection process is to choose a class of 50 participants who are representative of Northwest Florida. A positive learning environment is created through the ten-month LeaP curriculum. Each class has the opportunity to become educated on various regional issues, exchange ideas and enhance their leadership skills. The selection process seeks a cross-section of the community - men and women from different career, educational, political, social and cultural backgrounds.
