What’s included:
Each booth will be furnished with one- 8’ table, 2 chairs, 8’ back drapes, 3’ side drapes, 1 table skirt, 1 tablecloth and 1 quad box (electrical outlet). (2) Box lunches will be provided for each booth as well as (2) drink tickets for Business After Hours.
Any additional booth requirements must be arranged by separate agreement with Pensacola Civic Center and there will be a nominal charge. No additional terms or conditions will be recognized except those in writing and signed by both parties.
